Q: How do I enroll in On-line Banking?
   
A: Click the Enroll button under the Online Banking section of the website. The enrollment form will ask you basic personal information. 
  Make sure you input your e-mail address because this is where we will send a confirmation e-mail once you are enrolled. 
   
  On the next page you will pick a User ID and a password. Make sure your User ID is unique, and is at least 6 characters long.
   
  On the last page you will verify that all your information is correct, and click Complete. After you click Complete, wait for a confirmation e-mail from us. The e-mail will confirm your User ID.
   
  Once you have received email confirmation, go back to our homepage, www.firstvisionbank.com, and input the User ID that we sent you in the e-mail, and click Login
   
  Go to Password and enter the password you picked while enrolling and click Login
   
  On the next page you will set up a PassMark by selecting an image and creating a caption to go under that image. Also on this page, you will select and answer 4 challenge questions. The answers to your questions need to be at least 4 characters long, and none of them can be the same. Click Preview to review your information and print your answers. To complete click Finished Log-In. 
   
Q: Why am I having trouble signing in?
   
A: Forgot your username or password?

  Have you enrolled?
  If you have enrolled you will get an e-mail from us with 24 - 48 hours confirming your user id. If you still haven’t received an e-mail after 48 hours call a customer service representative. See how to enroll in on-line banking above
   
Q: How do I get my statements on-line?
   
A:  Once you have logged into Online Banking, click the “View Statements” link. This link is on the left hand-side in the Account Summary box. To view all your available statements. Your statements will stay on-line for one year.  
   
Q: How do I change my password? 
   
A: After you have logged into on-line banking Click “My Profile”, and then select “Change password” in the right hand column. If you are unable to log into your on-line banking and need to change your password, please contact a customer service representative at any of our offices.
   
Q: Why am I signed off sometimes, or my session expires and I have to sign in again?
   
A: You are signed off of your on-line banking to prevent unauthorized use of your accounts and prevent others from viewing your information, First Vision Bank automatically signs off your Online Banking session after a period of inactivity.
   
Q: What does it cost to use On-line Banking and Bill Pay?
   
A: First Vision Bank on-line banking and bill pay are free to all consumer and business customers.
   
Q: If I am a business customer, do I use the business information, or my personal information?
   
A: As a business customer, you will need to use your personal information to enroll for on-line banking.
   
Q: How long is my account activity available?
   
A: Your account activity will be available for a year. Statements are also available online for one year.
   
Q: How do I sign up for First Vision Bank Bill Payment?
   
A: To use Bill Pay, you must be enrolled in online banking. In order to sign up for First Vision Bank Bill Payment, you will click on the Bill Payment tab at the top of the on-line banking screen.  
   
Q: Can I download my statements to a spread sheet?
   
A: Yes, there is a link on the top of your e-statement that will allow you to download your statement into a spreadsheet and format it so that it can be used in Quickbooks (you can do this whenever you want to update your transactions on Quickbooks).
   
Q: How does First Vision Bank protect my accounts from Internet fraud?
   
A: To protect your information we use the latest Internet security technology, including secure communications (SSL), firewalls, encryption and operating systems that have been designed to provide maximum security.
